Every now and then my spiritual practice includes pulling an oracle card from the many decks that I own or from one of my daughter’s decks. Lately, I have been drawn to Doreen Virtue’s Healing with the Fairies oracle deck.
I have enjoyed this ritual because the card I pull is always pertinent. On the 4th of July, I pulled the “Happily Ever After” card. As the cards always are, this card was relevant, especially on July 4th. What came to me is that we have the freedom to choose to live happily ever after. How fortunate we are to have the liberty to see life through this optimistic and hopeful lens.
I was talking with a client recently about the convergence of head, our ego, and heart, our spirit. When we allow ourselves to be open to that experience, we are born into great possibilities. The way we think is based on our perspective, and our quality of choices is a result of the way we think.
And it all stems from living a heart-centered life believing that we certainly can live happily ever after. This realization is liberating and empowers us to experience freedom like we never imagined. As the affirmation written at the bottom of the card states, Everything is in Divine and perfect order, right now.
