Summer has us all itching to explore new places, but the constant itinerary juggling, planning, and phone notifications can leave you feeling more stressed than before you went on vacay! This summer, find your center during travel and soak in every moment with these tips!!


  • Silence the Scroll- unplug from your phone! keep it nearby to snap cute pics and look up directions, but try not to stay on it. Maybe commit to not scrolling on social media during your trip. You can post afterwards!

  • Plan, But Breathe: Research and have a loose itinerary to avoid getting lost, but don't get bogged down in the details. Leave room for spontaneity and embrace the unexpected detours!

  • The Power of Pause: Feeling the pressure to rush to the next activity? Take a deep breath and savor the present moment. Close your eyes, listen to the sounds around you, and truly be where you are.

  • Mindful Moments: Taking photos? Use them as a prompt to be present. After snapping the pic, close your eyes and absorb the scene. Capture the memory in your mind, not just on your camera.
