After suffering for months with residual pain in my knee area as a result of a broken leg and ankle, I turned to Kendra for help. I had been through physical therapy, seen a sports chiropractor and rested, but was not getting the relief I needed. I asked Kendra to conduct a Reiki session with me. It was my first experience with Reiki and I wasn't sure what to expect. After the session, Kendra explained to me that relief would come.

It wasn't immediate, but a few weeks later, it occurred to me that I hadn't been feeling the constant pain that had become a regular part of my daily routine. While, I still have some short-term reoccurrence after a hard work out, there is marked improvement. I believe the one session I had with Kendra was a major breakthrough in my healing process."
